After you register and submit your DVLA contact details, we review your application and forward it to the DVLA. They will contact your nominated person to verify your registration. The full process typically takes 2-5 business days depending on DVLA processing times.
The DVLA contacts the person you nominate on our registration form. This should be someone at your company authorised to confirm your link provider arrangements.
Yes. Your authorisation category (Car Parking Management, Insurance, etc.) stays the same. You're simply changing your link provider to KADOE Finder.
Absolutely. You can register with KADOE Finder while still using your existing provider. Once your DVLA registration with us is confirmed, you can switch over at your own pace - or run both in parallel during transition.

KADOE stands for Keeper at Date of Event. It's a service provided by the DVLA that allows authorised organisations to obtain the name and address of the registered keeper of a vehicle at a specific date.
Organisations with a legitimate reason to access keeper data, such as parking operators, solicitors, insurance companies, and finance companies. You must be registered with the DVLA through an authorised link provider.
Yes. Your credits work across both the web portal and API. Many customers use the portal for manual lookups and batch uploads, while integrating the API with their parking management software for automated queries.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted with AES-256, hosted exclusively in UK data centers, and we maintain full GDPR compliance. We also maintain a 7-year audit trail for all KADOE queries as required by DVLA regulations.
